Facility Rentals
CMEC is year round equestrian center that has a little something to offer for everyone. From miles and miles of public trails, to 3 large outdoor rings located directly across the street from the schooling field but only a short trot to the indoor arena. All available for rent! Event Field Rentals
Affordable and flexible use of our
event field. Open daily throughout the nicer months from when the snow is gone until and until it falls! Jumps in all forms and sizes, a little something from everyone from small logs to our banking and canoes! All rental requests must be submitted 48 hours in advance and must include payment to secure your time and date! Multi day discount passes now available. Book your rentals now before winter!
Indoor Arena Rental
Our indoor is 60 x 180, fully lit with new LED high bay lights, dragged and watered several times a week plus right before your rental! Has jumps available for use at no extra cost. Heated viewing room, classroom and bathrooms attached and ample trailer parking. Rentals available daily however times vary due to current year round lesson programs, please contact us to ensure we can find a day and time that works best for everyone.
Ring Rental
CMEC is proud to offer their 3 large outdoor rings available for rental daily until winter! Our jump ring has a complete set (plus extra) of hunter jumps with a variety of gates of fillers. Ring 1 has a set of 6 cross rail jumps for lower level riders or schooling. All rings are dragged and maintained daily, including right before your rental! All rentals must be submitted and paid for to secure time/day, please make rentals with a 48 hour notice. To reserve your rental, please click here

Trail Rides
CMEC is located in the middle of a large beautiful trail system shared with our community. Our trails, intertwined with the Mid State Trial and other public trails, are welcome to hikers/dogs/bikers/horses and more. These trailers are open to the public at any time and has parking for trailers both at Buck Hill Pond and the DCR parking lot located across the street from our large dining hall. Want to host an organized trail ride? Rent our show grounds for parking and registration. We can even help you mark the trails and sort out a route!
Please note, CMEC does NOT offer trial rides to the public at this time.
Overnight Stall Rental
Currently, we are only accepting new long term boarders at this time and have no additional stalls available to rent. In addition, with the ongoing outbreaks of the Strangles and Equine Herpesvirus in Massachusetts and Connecticut, we must keep the safety of our horses and our boarders in mind during this time.
Show Grounds Rentals
Want to host your own equine event? From schooling shows to clinics we got you covered! Our show grounds consists of 3 large riding arenas, full sets of hunter/jumper fences, a warm up ring, our snack shack with 2 large fridges and a freezer plus a large flat top grill, a show office/announcer booth and ample parking for both trailers and spectators. Rent it all or only rent a few, we have what you need to make your event a success. Contact our Equestrian Director today about rentals and availability.
Non-Equine Rentals
Aside from our equestrian center rentals, we also have a lot to offer for other events! We have a large function hall with a full commercial kitchen, 2 large outdoor pavilions, 21 rustic overnight cabins, 5 different outbuildings for a variety of events/use, a waterfront beach area with kayaks/canoes and fishing dock and other small amenities available to suit you needs. Please contact our executive director for all your rental needs and to check on availability. We are currently booking fast up to 2023, don't wait!
Youth Group Rentals
Here at Camp Marshall, we pride ourselves on helping todays youth build their future. If you need a place to host your next local fundraiser, give us a call! All our local youth organizations receive a 25% discount on their rental, applied to all rentals on the facility.
