Does your horse need a summer job? Do you need a vacation? Send your horse to summer camp!

Each year we seek SAFE, SOUND, and RELIABLE horses to be used in

our seven week summer camp lesson program.

Potential camp horses are evaluated prior to camp by our horse camp

staff members. Owners with horses that are deemed a good fit for camp will be given a contract to sign and return, along with all required veterinary paperwork.

Horses that come to camp are fully cared for (hay, grain, bedding, one farrier visit and emergency veterinary care if needed up to $1,000).

Horses participate in up to 2 riding sessions per day, both no longer than one hour in length. Horses should be able to walk, trot, canter and jump small cross rails under saddle. We have a few openings for "advanced" horses that may required more capable riders, but most horses we take on should be beginner friendly.

Summer camp horses spend their time during the day in their stalls, so the campers have easy access to them for grooming, tacking, and feeding. Once the horse campers are done for the day, around 4pm, the horses are turned out in their paddocks for the night. On weekends, if the weather allows, the horses spend their entire weekend outside to hang out and relax.
